Refund policy

Inspect items at pickup/delivery. Report damages immediately to delivery team. Minor scuffs/discoloration are normal, not covered by warranty.

Returns: Stock items only, within 72 hours (24-hour notice required). 25% restocking fee applies. Customer pays return shipping. No refunds on damaged items. Clearance, personalized, discounted, or assembled items are non-returnable.

For damaged/defective items or incorrect orders, we'll work to resolve the issue.
